The house is let out to any reasonable sized party. The four main bedrooms sleep 8, and two of them have double sofa beds. The top floor has its own entrance outside the house and is an open plan area, heated, with it own bathroom band basic kitchen. There are 3 permanent single beds and a lot of space if it is used as a dormitory.

Charges are negotiable, depending on the number of people and length of let. A basic guide is that in high season the house costs £1,000 a week; either side of that it is £750.
