The Old Storehouse - Rates & Booking

The B&B cost is £40.00 per person per night, including breakfast. There is no single person supplement or a charge for dogs.

For self catering the house costs £300 a day. Bed linen towels and logs are included; and because it's a lived in house many of the basics will be here - olive oil, vinegars, lots of things in small jars, sugar and so on. You are encouraged to rummage through the cupboards.

The kitchen table seats 8, the conservatory 10 (a small table can be added if more seats are required).

You would be asked to look after and feed the animals, please (food provided). Currently this includes the cat, 14 chickens, two swans, lots of small brown birds and ducks.

If pushed, there are beds for 17 people but privacy would be minimal. The breakdown is:

Room 1. 4 people. Double bed, with a double sofa bed. En-suite bathroom.

Room 2. Ditto.

Room 3. Twin beds. Space for a Z bed (not included in the 15 total). En-suite bathroom.

Room 4. Double bed. En-suite bathroom.

Attic (Separate stone stairway entrance from outside). Three single beds, en-suite bathroom.

In extremis there is a sofa bed in the sitting room, and an outside loo as well.
